Faculty of Indian Medical System has actively participated in Synergy 2019, SGT University, Gurugram. 12 different projects were presented by students guided by faculty from different departments. Stalls showcased innovation and creativity of students of Faculty of Indian Medical System complementing the science and its future through impelling works. A wide range of titles from different domains of Ayurveda such as nutraceutics, cosmetics, pharmaceutics, marma therapy, leech therapy, health and wellness, and techniques of clinical examination such as Prakruti pareeksha, and Nadi pareeksha based on Ayurvedic references and relevance were projected. Formulation of metabolic tea, hair dye, health drink, ayurvedic fumigant, pain balm, tooth paste and face toner showed uniqueness, strength and scope of institute in scaling up the projects and launch commercially with quality and assurance. Faculty of Indian Medical System highlighted its contribution in community outreach activities conducted by SGT University, Gurugram in various villages. Formulation of pain balm was awarded the Best Educative Project Award for Synergy 2019.
