Department of Shalakya Tantra of FIMS conducted a webinar on 17th february 2022 titled “Preventive aspect of Netra roga- An Ayurvedic Approach” .The guest speaker for the event was Dr Anjali, working as Assistant Professor in Department of Shalakya Tantra in DAV Ayurvedic college, Jalandhar, Punjab. The event started with welcome speech by Dr. Poonam Bamola, Associate Professor, Dept. of Shalakya Tantra, FIMS, SGT University followed by a welcome note by Prof. Anupama Patra, Professor & Head, Dept. of Shalakya Tantra, FIMS, SGT University. Dr. Akanksha Thakur, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Shalakya Tantra, FIMS, SGT University gave the brief introduction of . . . . . . Dr. Anjali, the guest speaker of the event who is an eminent academician and researcher and has a vast experience of propagating her knowledge through various national and international platforms. Madam shared her immense knowledge over “Preventive aspect of Netra roga- An Ayurvedic Approach”. Programme was concluded by Dr. Sarita Yadav, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Shalakya Tantra, FIMS, SGT University with vote of thanks. More than 150 participants registered for this event and gained knowledge regarding the preventive ophthalmology.
