Ayurveda is the system of medicine which emphasises on the holistic approach for the well-being and aims to cater the needs of the patients through the principles stated in its vast literature. The principles of philosophies coincide at multiple instances in Ayurveda texts which often confuse the learners and force them to ponder upon their relevance in Clinical Practice. Dhanwantri Ayurveda Association<\/strong> in collaboration with the Department of Ayurveda Samhita & Siddhant,<\/strong> Faculty of Indian Medical System, SGT University organized a National Webinar on \u201cNeed of Philosophy in Ayurveda Clinical Practice<\/strong>\u201d with an objective to clear the doubts of the Learners & Practitioners of Ayurveda.<\/p>\n

The Event started with a welcome note by Dr. Milind Deshmukh<\/strong>, Advisor, Dhanwantari Ayurveda Association & Associate Professor and Head, Department of Rachna Sharir, FIMS, SGT University followed by an introductory note by Dr. Vineeth George<\/strong>, Associate Professor & Head, Dept. of Ayurveda Samhita & Siddhant, FIMS, SGT University.\u00a0 The Guest Speaker, Dr. Mahesh Sharma<\/strong>, Assistant Professor, Department of Ayurveda Samhita & Siddhant, MSM Institute of Ayurveda, BPSW University, Haryana highlighted the relevance of Philosophies in clinical practice in his expert talk.<\/p>\n

The webinar received an overwhelming support from participants from various U.G., P.G., Ph.D. scholars & Faculty members as well. There were more than\u00a0200<\/strong>\u00a0registrations from all over the country. The session was moderated by Dr. Konica Gera<\/strong>, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Ayurveda Samhita & Siddhant, FIMS, SGT University.<\/p>\n
