Guest Lecture

A Guest Lecture was organized on 19th Jan, 2017 by the Faculty of Indian Medical System on the topic “Cure of Ailments by Herbs”, with the auspicious inauguration by Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. Daleep Singh, Medical Director Dr. Kamlesh kohli and Dean Dr. Devender Singh. Grateful for the talk given by the esteemed guest Dr. Naresh Kumar Bhargava, M.D. (D.G.) Associate Professor dept. of Dravya Guna, MSM Institute of Ayurveda, BPSM University Khanpur Sonipat, an eminent personality in the field of Ayurveda who has been frequently awarded for his achievements for the propagation and development of Ayurvedic science.The lecture was aimed at the herbal management of common diseases.The lecture gave an alternative and informative aspect to the understanding and practice of herbs in such diseases to the students as well as the attendees. With the better understanding of diseases and herbals medications discussed a newer and safer approach towards the management was established.
