Students of BAMS 3rd year of FIMS, SGT University Gurugram have been taken to Huda Water Purification plant at Basai on October 3rd 2019, as a part of schedule in the curriculum. Students were made aware about the whole process which include Storage, Filtration and Disinfection of water, and how it is supplied to houses. Procedure such as Alum mixing, Flocculation, Sedimentation and back washing were demonstrated to the students. Dr Yagyik mishra and officials of the plant led the educational visit. The group was also accompanied by Dr Premraj Chaudhary.
