Practical experience of managing disorders through Panchakarma

With the view of imparting practical knowledge to the students of the BAMS fraternity and to develop practical approach in students towards ayurvedic learning a guest lecture was organized by the Dept. of Panchakarma, FIMS, SGT University To enrich the student learning process through practical exposure. The lecture was organized on the 25^th of September 2021 at the C Block Auditorium 11 am onwards which was attended by a total of 268 students along with faculties of the Faculty of Indian Medical System. The event was marked by the “Lord Dhanvantri Vandana” and the lamp lighting ceremony followed by a welcome address by the Associate Dean, Dr, Jyoti Kumbar and the Medical Superintendent Dr. Avnish Pathak. After the felicitation of the Guest speaker the event was then taken up by the esteemed speaker Dr. Ashvini Kumar, Assistant Medical Superintendent and Head of Dept. of Panchakrma, SDM college of Ayurveda, Hassan. The lecture was filled with experiences, rich in clinical knowledge and practical based approach towards panchakarma, that were shared by the guest with the gathering. The closure of the successful event was with the vote of thanks by Dr. Swapnil Auti, HOD Panchakarma dept.
